Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using our website and booking tours. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Suggested Routes

The routes are only suggestions, and the duration at each stop may vary depending on how long clients choose to stay. We don’t limit the time—it’s up to each client.

What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes. It always depends on the weather. The weather in Madeira varies a lot from place to place, from north to south…
What do I need to bring?
Not much. You can bring some drinks or food for the trip, but we will stop at several places where it will be possible to eat or drink something.
Refund and cancellation policy?
You must call 72 hours ahead of your scheduled tour for a full refund. Within 72 hours you will be assessed a 50% termination fee. No refund within 24 hours unless medical proof is provided.
Do I have to make a reservation or can I just show up?
Yes. Reservations are required for guaranteed spots on all tours. This helps us determine the number of guides needed and allows us to notify you of changes due to weather or other factors. You can book by phone or email too.
And if it’s raining and windy?
If the weather is unsafe for any reason, the trip will be changed or postponed. You will be notified the week of your trip if there are changes due to weather.
